HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM WORK?
You can place a custom order by emailing me and letting me know what you are wanting to order. I may ask several questions to get a better idea of what you are wanting, and then will give you price estimate as well as an estimate on wait time before I can get started. Once it gets time to get started on your custom order, you will pay a deposit and once the deposit is paid, I will start sketching out your order. I will send you a rough draft sketch and once you give me the "okay" I will start tooling.
***Once you give me the "okay" and I start tooling, there is no more decision making on adding or removing to the design***
WHAT IS THE ORDER TURN AROUND TIME?
The time it takes for me to get started on your custom order will vary, but expect a 4-6 month long wait time. Once a deposit is paid, I will get started sketching and working on your custom order and could take 1-3 weeks to make depending on how big the project is.
DO I HAVE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT?
No! I am happy to work with you to give you a one-of-a-kind piece of art. You just need to have a general direction of what you want to do and/or inspiration photos. You can email me at any time to see price estimates before placing an order.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Because of the handmade and custom aspect of the art, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with your custom order, please email me at Maddogleatherinfo@gmail.com so I can see what can be done.
